We are a specialized testing laboratory for component testing and release testing of vehicle components for automotive suppliers in the fields of plastics, paints, coatings, surfaces, electronic components, etc. and we perform tests according to automotive standards.
ISO TS 16949, which is common in the automotive industry, recommends commissioning testing laboratories accredited according to DIN EN ISO 17025 for analyses and we have fulfilled this condition since January 2017.

FAQ
As a rule, 6–12 series specimens (PPAP- or IMDS-compliant) per test track. For endurance and environmental simulation tests, we plan the quantities according to the respective OEM specification (VW PV, Daimler DBL, BMW GS, Stellantis).
Depending on the scope, 4–6 weeks. Combined programmes (e.g. climate change + salt spray + mechanical testing) take 8–12 weeks.
